Dr. Tommy Mann grew up in Orlando, Florida where he was saved at the age of 13. Soon after he felt God calling him to the ministry and surrendered his life to that callling.

Tommy holds degrees from Arlington Baptist University (Bachelor's in Bible), Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Master's in Theology), and Covington Theological Seminary (Doctor of Theology and Doctor of Ministry). Tommy has served in the ministry since 2004 in Texas, South Carolina, and Georgia (plus a brief stint as a sports writer).

Tommy joined Highland Terrace Baptist Church as the Senior Pastor in October of 2023. He and his wife, Alicia, have two children, Reagan and TJ.
